What personal data we collect

Contact details — name, email address, and phone number if provided, via the contact form, account registration, or a course booking.
Account details — email address and a securely hashed password for anyone who creates a My Account login.
Booking & course information — which courses and cohorts you've booked, and your payment status for each.
Payment information — course payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers ourselves; Stripe handles and stores payment card data on our behalf.
Communications — messages you send us via the contact form or email.
Technical data —

How we use your data

To process and manage your course booking, including instalment payments.
To create and administer your My Account login.
To contact you about a course you've booked — including venue confirmations, schedule changes, or cancellations.
To respond to enquiries sent via the contact form.
To meet our own legal, accounting and tax obligations.
With your separate consent, to send you updates about new courses or dates.

Our legal basis for processing

We rely on contract (to take a booking and deliver a course you've paid for), legal obligation (accounting and tax records), and consent (for any optional marketing communications). Where we rely on legitimate interests — for example, to keep the site secure — we'll only do so where this doesn't override your own rights.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the site and courses:
Stripe — to process course payments and instalments securely.

We don't sell your personal data to anyone, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Pilates teacher training data is shared with Active IQ who will hold this information for a minimum of 6 years.

How long we keep your data
