OVERVIEW
The Studio Pilates Mat work Course is our foundation course and is the entry level course for you to launch your new career as a Pilates instructor. This course combines online home study and practical in person training over 6 days. After completing this course, you will be a fully certified matwork instructor who is able to work in Pilates studios, gyms, retreats and more! You can then progress to the Active IQ Level 3 Certificate in Instructing Pilates Studio Reformer Sessions.
This brand new and updated Active IQ Level 3 Diploma in Instructing Pilates mat work has been designed with employers in the Pilates industry and covers the knowledge and skills essential for the Pilates mat work instructor, covering the original principles and fundamentals of the Pilates method, designing one-to-one progressive Pilates matwork programmes as well as planning and delivering group sessions for all abilities.
The qualification also provides students with a comprehensive understanding of, anatomy and physiology, health and safety for Pilates and the business of Pilates.

This qualification is fully accredited by Active IQ and CIMSPA and is Ofqual regulated.
