This course has been designed by employers and experienced teachers. in the Pilates Industry and covers classical and contemporary Reformer Pilates repertoire and modifications.
A blend of online learning and in person Reformer practical training days in a working Pilates studio to develop your hands on teaching skills and confidence.
You will learn how to design, plan and deliver safe and effective Pilates studio Reformer sessions for groups and one to one clients using the original Pilates repertoire.
Prerequisites:
A level 3 Mat work qualification
Some experience of Reformer Studio Pilates classes is highly recommended
A degree of physical fitness as this course will requires physical participation in Reformer classes.
Assessment
A portfolio of evidence including worksheets and class plans submitted on the online portal
A practical assessment teaching a small group studio Reformer class
Support
Unlimited support will be provided by your in person and support tutor
The Pilates studio will be available for on going practice.
