REPs regulates instructors and trainers so that they meet the health and fitness industry’s agreed National Occupational Standards.

REPs provides assurance and confidence that all professionals on the Register are suitably qualified and have the knowledge, competence and skills to be a teacher.

CPD is a way for exercise professionals to demonstrate that they continue to learn and develop throughout their careers, to keep their skills and knowledge up to date and are able to work safely, legally and effectively.
